RON HIRSCHPRUNG
Dr. Ron Hirschprung is currently a full-time Faculty member in the Industrial Engineering and Management Department, Faculty of Engineering at Ariel University, Israel. Ron obtained his Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Before joining Ariel University, Ron gained rich and extensive experience in the industry of Information Systems, as a founder, director and manager of various companies. In the academic field, Ron’s main research interest is in the development of methodologies to bridge the gap between the fuzzy world of human conceptions and preferences with the deterministic world of computer systems, while focusing on Cyber Security and specifically on Privacy issues. Ron is the co-founder of the collaborative human-agent relationship management (CHARM) lab.
